In today's blog post, I'm thrilled to share the enchanting wedding of Amanda and Weider at Avonlea Farms in Louisa County, Virginia. As a Virginia wedding photographer, my first experience at this venue was nothing short of amazing. The entire Avonlea team went above and beyond, chauffeuring me around the picturesque grounds on a golf cart to capture every moment perfectly.
Amanda and Weider meticulously chose every detail of their day, blending elegance and personal touch seamlessly. The blush pink color scheme was a highlight, adding a romantic glow to the entire celebration. To ensure everything was picture-perfect, we held an engagement session at Avonlea Farms six months prior. This not only gave us a feel for the venue but also allowed the couple to become comfortable in front of the camera – a crucial step for flawless wedding photos.
The big day was filled with sunshine, clear blue skies, and laughter in dedicated spaces across the venue. Weider and his groomsmen prepared in the cozy Groom's Cottage, while Amanda and her bridesmaids enjoyed the stunning Bridal Suite. Set near a 250-year-old tree where the ceremony unfolded, the location couldn't have been more perfect.
Dedicating 30 minutes to capturing the intricate details of the bridal attire and decorations, I focused on creating those delicate, timeless shots before the day's festivities began. Amanda and Weider's wedding was a joy to document from start to finish. Celebrated with laughter, love, and heartfelt moments, it was a day to remember.
